At The Abaya Archive, we take great pride in the quality of our abayas and the care taken in fulfilling your order. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason other than an error on our part (e.g., wrong size, color, or item sent, or a manufacturing defect).

Mistakes on Our Part

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • You must provide clear photos of the issue

  • The claim must be made within 3 days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be accepted

If the error is verified, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you.
